Dear Neighbors,
Shadow Brook is our home and a very special place to live. Each of our happiness and comfort relies heavily upon the happiness and comfort of the whole community.
The Shadow Brook mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, enforce rules and covenants, support initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, and invest in capital improvements that benefit the greater good. The Executive Board will do our best to achieve this mission.
